摘要 [目的]建立一种能同时检测鸡胗中百菌清及其代谢物4-羟基百菌清残留量的测定方法。[方法]鸡胗试样与无水硫酸钠混合后充分研磨,乙腈提取,浓缩定容后采用液相色谱仪测定。[结果]百菌清及其代谢物4-羟基百菌清在该色谱条件下得到很好的分离,百菌清和4-羟基百菌清浓度在0.05~1.00 mg/L呈较好的线性(R^(2)>0.999)。添加水平为0.02~0.08 mg/kg时添加回收率为74%~106%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~16.3%,方法定量限均为0.02 mg/kg。[结论]该方法具有样品前处理简单快速、灵敏度高、检测成本低的特点,可应用于鸡胗中百菌清及其代谢物4-羟基百菌清残留量的检测。 [Objective]To establish a method for the determination of chlorothalonil and its metabolite 4-hydroxychlorothalonil residues in gizzards.[Method]The gizzards sample was grinded with anhydrous sodium sulfate,extracted with acetonitrile,and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector.[Result]Chlorothalonil and 4-hydroxychlorothalonil were good in linear relationship between 0.05-1.00 mg/L(R^(2)>0.999).When the addition levels were 0.02-0.08 mg/kg,the recovery rates were 74%-106%,the relative standard deviations were 1.6%-16.3%,and the method quantification limits were 0.02 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The method has the characteristics of simple and rapid sample pretreatment,high sensitivity and low detection cost,and can be applied to the detection of the residual amount of chlorothalonil and its metabolite 4-hydroxychlorothalonil in gizzards.
