浅谈怀远县细颗粒物与臭氧协同治理的主要对策及成效

摘要 近几年,我国对于细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))的治理取得了明显成效,其浓度呈现出总体下降的趋势。但随着PM_(2.5)治理工作的不断突破,新的挑战也随之出现,如臭氧污染形势日益严峻,特别是每年的夏季和秋季,已经成为影响我国环境空气质量的又一大因素,因此,解决臭氧污染问题迫在眉睫。而细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))和臭氧污染的协同治理,也将成为我国在“十四五”期间或更长时期内的一个重要任务。本文根据2021年怀远县PM_(2.5)和臭氧协同治理的措施,对PM_(2.5)和臭氧的监测数据进行了分析探讨,再结合污染物产生的原因,总结出了协同治理的经验和成效,希望能对进一步改善环境空气质量状况有一定借鉴意义。 In recent years,China’s control of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))has achieved obvious results,and its concentration has shown an overall trend of decline.But with the continuous breakthrough of PM_(2.5) control work,new challenges also appear,such as ozone pollution situation is increasingly serious,especially in the summer and autumn every year,has become a major factor affecting China’s environmental air quality,therefore,to solve the problem of ozone pollution is imminent.The coordinated control of f ine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))and ozone pollution will also become an important task for China during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period and beyond.In this paper,according to the measures of PM_(2.5) and ozone coordinated governance in Huaiyuan County in 2021,the monitoring data of PM_(2.5) and ozone are analyzed and discussed,and then combined with the causes of pollutants,the experience and effectiveness of coordinated governance are summarized,which is expected to provide some reference for further improvement of ambient air quality.
