新型联用治理VOCs工艺在烟厂制丝工艺中的应用

摘要 针对某烟厂的两种制丝工艺(制丝除尘和制丝排潮)产生的废气,采用目前比较主流的低温等离子烟草除臭技术,并根据烟厂的污染组分分析,采用低温等离子+三级化学清洗法联用工艺,本文详细介绍了该工艺流程的关键技术特点、技术原理、设备配置和治理效果。 In view of some cigarette factory technology of two kinds of silk(silk dust removal and silk moisture removal)of waste gas,the current mainstream of low temperature plasma tobacco deodorization technology,according to analysis of cigarette factory pollution components,using the low temperature plasma+3 chemical cleaning method combination process,it is introduced in detail the process of the key technical characteristics,technical principle,equipment configuration and management effect in this article.
