公路是国家基础设施建设的重要组成部分,公路交通网络的形成促进了区域间的沟通联系,为区域经济水平的发展提供了必要支持。但在公路设施带来积极影响的同时,公路建设项目在施工阶段和营运阶段也对生态环境造成了影响。为了缓解相关负面影响,促进社会经济与生态环境的协调发展,围绕公路建设项目做好生态环境影响评价尤为重要。本文分析了生态环境影响评价的主要内容和方法,阐述了公路建设项目对生态环境的具体影响及评价要点,针对性地提出了施工期和营运期生态环境防治措施。

Highway is an important part of national infrastructure construction,the formation of highway transportation network promotes inter regional communication and provides necessary support for the development of regional economic level.However,while highway facilities have a positive impact,highway construction projects also have an impact on the ecological environment in the construction stage and operation stage.In order to alleviate relevant negative impacts and promote the coordinated development of social economy and ecological environment,it is particularly important to do a good job of ecological environment impact assessment around highway construction projects.This paper analyzes the main contents and methods of ecological environment impact assessment,expounds the specific impact of highway construction projects on ecological environment and the key points of evaluation,and puts forward the ecological environment prevention and control measures during construction and operation.
