摘要 将稳态模拟技术应用于空分增氮改造工艺流程设计中,通过选用适宜的物性方程,构建氧-氮-氩三元物系模型。重点研究了纯氮塔内温度、压力、组成的分布情况,并对精馏塔灵敏板的位置进行了探究,为化工过程模拟指导增氮改造项目的顺利实施,提供了理论基础。 The steady-state simulation technology is applied to the process design of air separation nitrogen increasing modification,and the oxygen-nitrogen-argon ternary system model is constructed by selecting suitable materiality equations.The distribution of temperature,pressure and composition in the pure nitrogen tower was focused on,and the position of the sensitive plate of the distillation tower was explored,which provided a theoretical basis for the chemical process simulation to guide the smooth implementation of the nitrogen increasing renovation project.
