This paper introduces the fault analysis and diagnosis of the EIZ100 air compressor gearbox with abnormal noise,and explains the application of vibration spectrum in determining the gear damage fault.The application of spectrum analysis has good effect on fault judgment when the gearbox is defective and the shaft vibration and shaft temperature of the rotor are not abnormal.
