摘要
针对某电厂350 MW超临界直流锅炉掺烧煤种较多、炉内燃烧组织差、锅炉结焦严重、大渣飞灰可燃物偏高,从旋流燃烧器内外二次风配比、内外二次风旋向、外二次风挡板自动控制、挡板角度、二次风风箱风压、燃尽风比例进行优化调整。优化后,锅炉燃烧组织加强,炉内燃烧稳定,火焰充满度均匀良好,锅炉结焦减少,锅炉炉况明显改善,同时有效降低了未完全燃烧热损失,受热面换热效率明显提高,极大提高了锅炉效率,保证锅炉长时间安全运行,锅炉接带大负荷能力大大提高。
Aiming at problems of more types of coal for co-combustion,poor combustion organization for a long time in the boiler,serious boiler coking,and high combustible content of large slag fly ash,the ratio and air rotation direction of inner and outer secondary air in swirl burner,automatic control of external secondary air baffle,baffle angle,air pressure of secondary air box,and the ratio of over fire air were optimized and adjusted.After optimization,the boiler combustion organization was strengthened,the combustion in the boiler was stable,the flame fullness was even and good,the boiler coking was reduced,the boiler condition was improved significantly.Meanwhile,the heat loss due to incomplete combustion was reduced effectively,the heat transfer efficiency of the heating surface was improved significantly,which greatly improved the boiler efficiency and ensured the safe operation of the boiler for a long time,and the boiler's ability to carry large loads was greatly improved.
