Application of Big Data Technology in Intelligent Ironmaking Production

摘要 结合江苏中天钢铁公司大数据互联平台建设的案例,阐述了在炼铁各工序引入过程自动控制系统、搭建智能管控平台,并结合大数据、人工智能、数学模型等新技术后,把炼铁生产打造成为智慧型运营工厂。通过投运后与改造前的效果对比后发现:吨矿燃料消耗降低6.5 kg,优等产品率提升9.1%,每年增加效益1350万元。 Combining the case of big data interconnection platform construction of Jiangsu Zenith Steel Group Co.Ltd.,this paper illustrates how to make the ironmaking production line into an intelligent operation plant by introducing process automatic control system in each process of ironmaking to build an intelligent control platform,and combining new technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence and mathematical model to make ironmaking production into an intelligent operation plant.A comparison of the results during operation and before the transformation shows that:the fuel consumption of tons of ore was reduced by 6.5 kg,the rate of superior products was increased by 9.1%,and the annual benefit was increased by 13.5 million RMB.
