棒材尺寸在轧制过程中依赖于人工调整,精度取决于调整工的技能水平和经验。随着自动化控制技术的不断发展,尺寸智能控制系统逐渐引入棒材生产中。介绍了一种以SCS为核心的棒材尺寸智能控制系统,通过速度控制和位置控制策略对RSB 370++三辊减定径机组进行尺寸控制。该尺寸智能控制系统运行可靠,效果优良,尺寸精度可达到1/6DIN。

Bar dimensions depend on manual adjustment during the rolling process,and the accuracy depends on the skill level and experience of the adjuster.With the continuous development of automation control technology,the dimensional intelligent control system is gradually introduced into the bar production.This paper introduces a bar dimension intelligent control system with SCS as core,which controls the size of RSB 370++by speed control and position control strategy.The dimensional intelligent control system is reliable,the effect is excellent,the size accuracy can reach 1/6 DIN.
