摘要
介绍了当前高炉煤气干法除尘系统传统机械式输灰和气力输灰工艺存在的不足,通过生产实践研究总结出了一套全新的机械式压力输灰技术,并运用到各级别高炉煤气干法除尘系统,均取得了较好的效果,特别是在应对低温和含湿量高工况时表现突出。
This article introduces the shortcomings of the traditional mechanical ash conveying and pneumatic ash conveying processes in the current blast furnace gas dry dedusting system,and sums up a new set of mechanical pressure ash conveying technology through production practice,which is applied to all levels of blast furnace gas dry de-dusting system and has achieved good results,especially in dealing with low temperature and high moisture content working conditions where the performance is outstanding.
