摘要 VOCs有机废气具有一定的挥发性和燃烧性,也具有一定的危害性。因此,在化工装置的制造工序中,会发生该气体的泄漏和挥发,很有可能会引起火灾和爆炸。所以,化工企业必须注意改进制造工序中的防火设备,避免造成危险。本文分析了VOCs的排放现状,讨论了有机废气处理技术的应用情况,并结合我国的实际情况,探究了各种VOCs处理技术的特点,以期为保护环境提供一定帮助。 VOCs organic waste gas has a certain volatility and combustion,but also has a certain harm.Therefore,in the manufacturing process of chemical plant,leakage and volatilization of the gas will occur,which is likely to cause fire and explosion.Therefore,chemical enterprises must pay attention to improve the manufacturing process of fire prevention equipment,to avoid causing danger.This paper analyzes the emission status of VOCs,discusses the application of organic waste gas treatment technology,and combined with the actual situation of our country,explore the characteristics of various VOCs treatment technology,in order to provide some help to protect the environment.
