This article briefly introduces the development history of the automatic monitoring system for pollution sources,its important role and practical application in environmental law enforcement,the legal responsibilities for violations of automatic monitoring management regulations,and the main points of on-site inspection of automatic monitoring law enforcement,from the environmental law enforcement work,from a perspective,to maximize the role of automatic monitoring methods and data in law enforcement practice,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
