高铁道岔垫板矫正量计算方法

摘要 针对高铁道岔垫板因焊接应力产生弯曲变形的矫正工艺,采用弹塑性力学理论分析方法,研究了矫正过程中弹性变形、弹塑性变形以及卸载等3个阶段载荷与弯曲挠度关系,提出一种高铁道岔垫板矫正量计算方法。通过有限元软件模拟了垫板在不同载荷条件下弯曲挠度的变化,并进行了矫正实验。结果表明,模拟结果与理论计算结果的误差小于6.54%;根据矫正量计算方法、有限元模拟和矫正实验所得的载荷-挠度曲线一致性良好,表明该计算方法的正确性和可靠性。 Aiming at the straightening process of the bending deformation of backing plates for high-speed rail turnout caused by welding stress,the relationship between load and bending deflection of three stages including elastic deformation,elastoplastic deformation and unloading during straightening process was studied using the theoretical analytical method of elastic-plastic mechanics.A straightening amount calculation method of backing plate for high-speed railway turnout was proposed.The bending deflection of the backing plates under different load conditions was simulated by finite element software,and the straightening experiment was carried out.Results show that the error between the simulated and theoretical calculated results is less than 6.54%,and the load-deflection curves obtained by theoretical calculation,finite element simulation and experiment are in good agreement,which indicate the correctness and reliability of the calculation method.
