Analysis on the Importance of Food Testing to Food Safety

食品安全问题一直是人们关注的重点问题,但当下我国食品安全存在着较大的隐患,直接影响着人们的健康和安全。食品检测技术作为食品安全的保障,并未完全发挥其作用,相关工作人员还需针对这一技术加以完善。本文对食品安全现状加以研究分析,同时了解食品检测对食品安全的重要性,从而发现我国食品检测中存在的问题,提出提升食品安全检测水平的方法,旨在进一步提升食品安全检测能力,保障我国食品安全。

Food safety has always been the focus of people's attention,but there are great hidden dangers in China's food safety,which directly affect people's health and safety.As the guarantee of food safety,food testing technology has not fully played its role,and relevant staff need to improve this technology.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of food safety,understands the importance of food testing to food safety,finds out the problems existing in food testing in China,and points out the methods to improve the level of food safety testing.It aims to further improve the ability of food safety detection and ensure food safety in China.
