摘要
食品安全关系人们的身体健康,但食品安全事件时有发生。生物毒素、生产环境污染、农药、兽药残留等都会影响食品安全。为保证人们的食品安全,食品监管部门要总结以往的经验,制定严格的食品安全标准,建立完善的食品安全管理体系,加强对食品从生产到销售的质量控制,严格控制好每一个环节的质量,从根本上处理好食品安全问题。本文分析了目前食品安全管理中存在的问题,提出了针对性的解决对策和建议。
Food safety is closely related to human health,but unfortunately,food safety issues occur from time to time.Biological toxins,environmental pollution,as well as residues from agricultural chemicals and veterinary drugs,can all cause food safe issues.To enhance food safety for consumers,food regulatory authorities should learn from past experiences,formulate strict food safety standards,establish a sound food safety management system,strengthen food quality control in the whole process from production to sales and at each link,and fundamentally deal with food safety issues.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current food safety management,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
