有机磷农药残留检测中甘蓝类产生基质效应的研究

摘要 本文按照农业标准方法NY/T 761—2008,以甘蓝类基质(青花菜、结球甘蓝、花椰菜)为试样,采用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器检测试样中的18种有机磷农药残留,并对峰面积响应值进行比较,分析3种蔬菜基质在0.05 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg 3个添加水平下产生的基质效应。结果表明,3种蔬菜基质对18种有机磷农药的测定均存在不同程度的基质增强效应,且均表现出添加水平越小,基质效应越显著。 In this paper,according to the agricultural standard method NY/T 761—2008,the cabbage matrix(broccoli,head cabbage,cauliflower)was used as the sample,and 18 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in the sample were detected by gas chromatography-flame photometric detector.The peak area response values were compared,and the matrix effects of three vegetable matrices at 0.05 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg were analyzed.The results showed that the determination of 18 organophosphorus pesticides by the three vegetable matrices had different degrees of matrix enhancement effect,and all showed that the smaller the addition level,the more significant the matrix effect was.
