With the rapid development of my country's economy,people's living standards have increased significantly.People’s increasing demand for food diversity has promoted the development of the health food industry.Faced with the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,it is necessary to rationally utilize analytical techniques to improve the safety of health food.Electrochemical analysis method belongs to the instrument analysis method,which is very important in the food detection work.This paper analyzes the electrochemical analysis method and its related technologies to provide corresponding suggestions for the subsequent development of health food testing work.
