摘要
目前,我国心血管疾病发病率持续上升,逐渐成为威胁人们生命健康的重要问题。随着年龄的增长,心血管系统会出现微循环受损、动脉硬化、收缩压升高、心输出量下降、心血管疾病风险增加等一系列问题,这些问题尤其体现在中老年女性群体中,绝经使她们失去雌激素的保护,发生心血管疾病的风险增加。抗阻训练可以有效帮助中老年女性降低血压、改善血脂异常和心率变异性、降低动脉硬度、降低氧化应激反应、改善血管内皮细胞功能、增强肌力、增强运动耐力、提高胰岛素敏感性、促进自主神经系统的积极适应,为其带来一系列有利的影响。该文将针对性阐述抗阻训练给中老年女性心血管系统带来的影响,以促使中老年女性更好地应用抗阻训练促进健康、远离疾病。
At present,the incidence rate of cardiovascular disease continues to rise in China,which has gradually become an important problem threatening people's health.With the increasing of age,there will be a series of problems in the cardiovascular system,such as damage to microcirculation,arteriosclerosis,increasing systolic blood pressure,decreasing cardiac output,increasing risk of cardiovascular disease,and so on.These problems are especially reflected in middle-aged and elderly women.Menopause makes them lose the protection of estrogen and increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.However,resistance training can effectively help middle-aged and elderly women to lower blood pressure,improve dyslipidemia and heart rate variability,reduce the degree of arteriosclerosis,reduce oxidative stress,improve vascular endothelial cell function,enhance muscle strength,enhance exercise endurance,improve insulin sensitivity,promote the active adaptation of the autonomic nervous system,and bring a series of beneficial effects.This paper will explain the impact of resistance training on the cardiovascular system of middle-aged and elderly women,advocate middle-aged and elderly women using resistance training to promote their health and stay away from diseases.
