时间生物学在运动对社区老年人2型糖尿病患者肾损伤影响中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 该文深入研究了时间生物学基本理论和作用机制,并探究了生物节律与择时运动的关系,有氧运动和2型糖尿病的关系,分析了择时运动与2型糖尿病防治的内在关系。在此基础上,该研究选择血糖水平、胰岛素水平、可溶性血栓调节蛋白(STM)和水通道蛋白(AQP-2)等指标作为依据,分析择时运动对2型糖尿病患者肾损伤的影响机制。结果表明,择时运动可显著改善患者血糖水平、改善血浆中凝血酶-抗凝血酶复合物TAT水平和血管加压素(AVP)等,提高生物节律对机体的调节能力,改善患者尿液减少症状,修复患者肾脏损伤问题。 In this paper,the basic theory and mechanism of chronobiology were studied in depth,and the relationship between biologic rhythm and timing exercise,the relationship between aerobic exercise and type 2 diabetes mellitus were studied,and the internal relationship between timing exercise and type 2 diabetes prevention and treatment was analyzed.On this basis,the study selected blood glucose level,insulin level,soluble thromboregulatory protein(STM)and aquaporin(AQP-2)as the analysis basis to analyze the influence mechanism of timing exercise on renal injury in patients with type 2 diabetes.The results showed that,timing exercise can significantly improve blood glucose level,the level of thrombin-antithrombin complex TAT and vasopressin(AVP)in plasma,improve the regulation of biological rhythm on the body,improve urine to reduce symptoms,and repair kidney injury in patients.
