摘要 在信息化时代背景下,将翻转课堂教学模式运用于高校散打教学中,通过分层次录制微视频,让学生在课前进行自主学习,课中根据课前学生的自学情况进行针对性教学,课下的复习和反馈提高动作完成质量,充分体现以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学方式,培养学生主动学习的意识和能力,满足学生的个性化学习需求,丰富散打教学方法,以期为高校散打教学提供启发和参考。 Under the background of the information age,the flipped classroom teaching mode is applied to the college Sanda teaching.Through the hierarchical recording of micro-videos before class,it helps students to study independently before class,carry out targeted teaching is carried out according to the students'self-study before class.The review and feedback after class improves the quality of action completion,fully reflects the student oriented and teacher-led teaching method,which cultivates students'active learning awareness and ability,meets students'individual learning needs,enriches Sanda teaching methods,and hopes to provide inspiration and reference for Sanda teaching in colleges and universities.
