全民健身背景下衡水市区社会体育指导员队伍建设研究

Research on the Construction of Social Sports Instructors in Hengshui City under the Background of National Fitness

社会体育指导员作为全民健身活动中的一支特别的力量,有着特别的作用,他们既是基层群众体育活动的组织者,又是科学健身的宣传者和指导者。发挥这部分人的作用,科学的健身指导就会有更加强大的力量。该文以衡水市区社会体育指导员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法进行探究。研究发现:参加锻炼的人群中女性和老年人偏多,人们对锻炼的场地需求较大;衡水市区的社会体育指导员在人数上还不能满足要求;影响社会体育指导员队伍建设的因素主要有运动场馆、技术项目、管理制度、时间、资金支持等。因此,建议将衡水高校体育系师生和中小学体育教师等专业能力较强的人员,补充到社会体育指导员队伍中,使其在性别、年龄、项目技能等方面调整队伍结构,使其更加科学合理;社会体育指导员管理部门应完善社会体育指导员管理的相关制度,从其他途径获取资金的支持,从而加快自身建设,为全民健身服务。

As a special force in national fitness activities,social sports instructors play a special role.They are not only the organizers of grass-roots mass sports activities,but also the propagandists and instructors of scientific fitness.If these people play their role,the guidance of scientific fitness will have a much stronger force.In this paper,it takes the social sports instructors in Hengshui City as the research object,uses the methods of literature,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.It is found that:Women and the elderly are more likely to participate in exercise,and people have a great demand for exercise venues;The number of social sports instructors in Hengshui City can not meet the requirements;The main factors affecting the construction of social sports instructors are sports venues,technical projects,management system,time,financial support and so on.Therefore,it is suggested that teachers and students of Physical Education Department of Hengshui University and physical education teachers of primary and secondary schools with strong professional ability should be added to the team of social sports instructors,so as to adjust the team structure in terms of gender,age and project skills,so as to make it more scientific and reasonable;The management department of social sports instructors should improve the relevant systems of social sports instructor management and obtain financial support from other ways,so as to speed up its own construction and serve the national fitness.
