作为一种创新机制,政府购买公共体育服务符合现在的时代潮流,可以更好地满足人们的体育需求,还可以保证人们参与体育的公平性。要想保证公共体育服务的购买真正科学合理,需要政府坚定公平的价值追求,将底线公平和结果公平作为政府购买公共体育服务在水平以及过程层面的具体可行目标。对此,该文基于公平价值取向,先介绍了政府购买公共体育服务的伦理原则,然后介绍了政府购买公共体育服务的伦理偏差,以此为我国政府购买公共体育服务的工作提供指导。

As an innovative mechanism,the government's purchase of public sports services conforms to the current trend of the times,it can better meet people's sports needs,and can also ensure the fairness of people's right to participate in sports.In order to ensure that the purchase of public sports services is truly scientific and reasonable,the government needs to firmly pursue the value of fairness,and take the bottom line fairness and result fairness as the specific and feasible objectives of the government's purchase of public sports services at the level and process level.Regarding this,based on the fair value orientation,this paper first introduces the ethical principles of the government's purchase of public sports services;It also introduces the ethical deviation of the government's purchase of public sports services,so as to provide guidance for the government's purchase of public sports services.
