髋部肌力强化对功能性踝关节不稳者落地动作的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Hip Muscle Strength Strengthening on Landing Movement in Patients with Functional Ankle Instability

摘要 目的:探讨功能性踝关节不稳者髋部肌力强化前后落地动作的生物力学特征。方法:筛选15名功能性踝关节不稳者为受试者。所有受试者在30cm平台完成单腿落地动作,并且进行为期8周的髋部肌力强化,干预结束后,再进行一次落地试验,对比强化前后落地动作的生物力学指标差异。结果:8周髋部肌力强化后,功能性踝关节不稳者落地时,触地瞬间髋、膝关节额状面角度显著减小(P<0.05);落地阶段的髋、膝、踝关节额状面角度强化后显著减小(P<0.05),髋关节矢状面的屈曲角度明显增加(P<0.05);以及膝关节在额状面内的角度变化量较为明显(P<0.05),其他关节无显著性变化。且垂直方向及向外方向的反作用力峰值具有显著性变化(P<0.05)。结论:髋部肌力强化能够增强功能性踝关节不稳者的稳定能力,从而减少落地时产生的运动损伤。 Objective:To investigate the biomechanical characteristics of landing movement before and after hip muscle strength strengthening in patients with functional ankle instability.Methods:15 patients with functional ankle instability were selected as subjects.All subjects completed landing on one leg on a 30cm platform and underwent hip muscle strength enhancement for 8 weeks.After the intervention,another landing test was conducted to compare the biomechanical indexes of landing before and after the enhancement.Results:After 8 weeks of hip muscle strength enhancement,the frontal angle of hip and knee decreased significantly at the moment of touchdown(P<0.05);At the landing stage,the frontal angle of hip,knee and ankle decreased significantly(P<0.05),the flexion angle of hip joint sagittal plane increased significantly(P<0.05);And the angle change of knee joint in frontal plane was more obvious(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in other joints.The peak value of reaction force in vertical direction and outward direction changed significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hip muscle strength enhancement can enhance the stability of patients with functional ankle instability,so as to reduce the sports injury when landing.
