核心力量训练对大学生男子篮球基本技术提高的研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于已有研究成果,分析核心力量训练方式的深度应用,可以弥补传统训练方式的不足,对运动员的基本技术提升具有促进作用。该文随机选择了太原市某3所高校的男子篮球运动员,共计30名,将其分为实验组15名和对照组15名,分别进行10周的传统力量训练和核心力量训练。选择全场快速运球上篮和投篮为评价指标,应用SPSS 20.0软件对数据进行统计分析,研究发现核心力量训练有利于运动员全场快速运球上篮和投篮能力的提升和发展。 Based on the existing research results,the in-depth application of core strength training can make up for the shortcomings of traditional training methods and promote the improvement of athletes'basic skills.A total of 30 male basketball players from three universities in Taiyuan were randomly selected and divided into 15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group for 10 weeks of traditional strength training and core strength training respectively.The two indexes of fast dribble layup and shooting were selected as the evaluation indexes,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.It is concluded that core strength training is conducive to the improvement and development of athletes'fast dribbling layup and shooting ability.
