摘要
随着社会的发展和人们生活意识的完善,加强身体素质锻炼成了大众生活的关注重点。幼儿阶段是初始发育阶段,体能训练能够更大程度地加强幼儿的身体素质,提高幼儿的身体机能,为幼儿的成长发育打下坚实基础。但是幼儿阶段其身心极度不成熟,引导幼儿进行体能训练的过程中必须优化训练方式,从幼儿的角度出发,保证幼儿的身心健康发展和训练效果。该文通过分析幼儿体能训练的可行性,结合幼儿阶段的学习意识和身体素质特点,对幼儿体能训练方法进行探究,以期提高训练效果,加强幼儿的身体素质,保障幼儿的成长。
With the progress of social development and the improvement of people's life consciousness,strengthening physical exercise has become the focus of public life.Early childhood is the initial development stage.Physical training can strengthen children's physical quality to a greater extent,improve children's physical function,and lay a solid foundation for children's growth and development.However,at this stage,children are in an extremely immature state of body and mind.Therefore,training methods must be optimized in the process of guiding children to carry out physical training,so as to ensure their physical and mental health development and training effect from their perspective.By analyzing the feasibility of children's physical training,combined with the learning consciousness and physical quality characteristics of children,this paper explores the methods of children's physical training,in order to improve the training effect,strengthen children's physical quality and ensure children's growth.
