“专业化”教学模式对大学生身体素质干预的实证研究——以五人制足球课为例

摘要 该文通过文献资料法、数理统计法、教学实验法,对基于公共体育"专业化"教学改革思路与理念下的体育教学模式进行探索与创新,发现在公共体育五人制足球课中采用"专业化"体育教学模式,相比于传统的体育教学模式,能够有效提高学生的下肢力量素质、耐力素质、速度素质、灵敏素质。未来在公共体育课堂教学中,体育教师可以采用"专业化"教学模式,在促进学生熟练掌握运动技能和常用体育理论知识的同时,兼顾学生身体素质的有序发展。 Through the method of literature,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment,this paper explores and innovates the physical education teaching mode based on the idea and concept of"specialized"teaching reform of public physical education.It is found that the"specialized"is adopted in the public sports futsal class.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,it can effectively improve students'lower limb strength quality,endurance quality,speed quality and sensitivity quality.In the future public physical education classroom teaching,physical education teachers can adopt the"specialized"teaching mode to promote the orderly development of students'physical quality while promoting students to master skilled sports skills and common physical education theoretical knowledge.
