微格教学对高校体育教育师范生教学技能的提升路径分析

摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,传统的教育教学理念开始出现变化,教育行业开始朝着更加重视素质教育和个性化教育、重视学生的实践能力和理论知识并重的方向发展。目前,随着"科教兴国"战略的持续推进,我国高校承担着越来越多地为国家输送师范类人才的任务。该文以微格教学为研究视角,就微格教学对高校体育师范生教学技能的提升及培养方式进行论述,提出该视域下高校体育师范生教学技能提升的路径和方法。 With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the traditional education and teaching concept began to change,and the education industry began to pay more attention to quality education and personalized education,and attach equal importance to students'practical ability and theoretical knowledge.At present,with the continuous advancement of the strategy of"rejuvenating the country through science and education",colleges and universities in China are undertaking more and more tasks of transporting normal talents for the country.From the perspective of Microteaching,this paper discusses the promotion and training methods of Microteaching on the teaching skills of college physical education normal students,and puts forward the path and method of improving the teaching skills of college physical education normal students from this perspective.
