摘要
该文以市场营销学中的SWOT分析法为理论研究框架,通过实地考察法、问卷调查法、数据统计分析法对湛江市具有代表性的幼儿体育培训机构进行调研,了解当前幼儿培训市场的经营现状、师资力量、教学场地等信息,结合SWOT分析法,对湛江市幼儿体育培训机构所处环境的内部优势、内部劣势、外部威胁和外部机会4个方面进行比较和分析,据此提出了针对湛江市幼儿体育培训的SO战略、WO战略、ST战略、WT战略及建议。
Taking the SWOT analysis method in marketing as the theoretical research framework,this article conducts investigations on representative children's sports training institutions in Zhanjiang City through field investigations,questionnaire surveys,and data statistical analysis methods to understand the current operating status of the children's training market,teachers,teaching venues and other information.Combined with SWOT analysis,this paper compares and analyzes the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external threats and external opportunities of the environment of children's sports training institutions in Zhanjiang City,and puts forward so strategy,wo strategy,St strategy,WT strategy and suggestions for children's sports training in Zhanjiang City.
