衢州市未来社区智慧化养老推进研究

Research on the Promotion of Community Intelligent Elderly Care in Quzhou Community in the Future

未来社区建设是我国发展的潮流,也是社会主义现代化的代表之一,在未来社区中加入智慧化养老版块是必要的,该研究通过对丽水、衢州、杭州、上海等地区的研究,结合未来社区发展的指标构建,提出引进国内外先进智慧养老模式、从产品与老年人群心理生理角度推广智慧助老产品、弥补政策空白,加大财政支持力度、完善顶层设计,建立智慧养老框架的对策建议。

The future community construction is the trend of China's development,and is also one of the representatives of socialist modernization.It is necessary to join the intelligent elderly care section to the future community.In this study,through the full study of Lishui,Quzhou,Hangzhou,Shanghai and other regions,combined with the index construction of future community development,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to introduce advanced intelligent elderly care models at home and abroad,promote intelligent elderly care products from the perspective of products and psychophysiology of the elderly,make up for the policy gap,increase financial support,improve the top-level design,and establish an intelligent elderly care framework.
