Jingzhou traditional culture is the root and soul of of the Jingchu nation and the most profound cultural power.The traditional sports culture of Jingchu is an important subset of the traditional culture of Jingchu,and tourism is an important way to expand the spread of the traditional culture of Jingchu.The integration of Jingchu traditional culture and tourism can produce multiple economic and cultural benefits,which is the inevitable way to achieve win-win results.This paper expounds the interpretation of Jingchu traditional culture and Jingchu traditional sports culture,introduces the content of Jingchu traditional sports culture and tourism resources,analyzes the benefits of integration,and puts forward some suggestions on the integration path mode according to the dilemma of integration and specific cases.
