体教融合背景下雅安市体育后备人才“学训优化”现状及对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Sports Reserve Talents"Optimization of Learning and Training"in Ya'an under the Background of the Integration of Sports and Education

该文通过文献法、问卷法、访谈法、数理分析法,对体教融合促进体育后备人才学训优化进行调查。调查结果显示,目前雅安市体育后备人才学训情况得到了一定的改善,学校管理层及教练员观念发生了转变,但仍存在文化基础薄弱、重训练轻文化、师资不充足等问题。基于此,该文提出了引进教育资源、整合赛事资源、高校体校联动、梳理地方特色案例的发展对策,为实现新时代"体育回归教育"提供新思路。

This paper investigates the integration of sports and education to promote the optimization of sports reserve talent training by means of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical analysis.According to the survey results,it shows that the learning and training of sports reserve talents in Ya'an has been improved to a certain extent,and the concept of the school management and coaches has changed,but there are still problems such as weak cultural foundation,heavy training over culture and insufficient teachers.Therefore,this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of introducing educational resources,integrating event resources,university sports school linkage and combing local characteristic cases,so as to provide new ideas for realizing the"return of sports to education"in the new era.
