重庆高校女生耐力素质测试现状调查研究

Study on the Endurance Quality Test for Female Students in Chongqing Universities

该文使用数据分析法与问卷调查法,对重庆6所高校女生的耐力素质现状展开调查与分析,旨在为高校体质测试工作提供客观依据。研究发现:(1)2018—2020年,大学三年级较一年级原始数据均显著提高,但分值无实质性变化,耐力素质水平连续三年呈下滑态势;(2)耐力测试强度适中,运动风险并非来自项目本身;(3)耐力素质测试的运动激励能力有限。

This paper uses the methods of data analysis and questionnaire to investigate and analyze the current situation of endurance quality of girls in 6 colleges and universities in Chongqing,the purpose is to provide an objective basis for physical fitness testing in colleges and universities.Conclusions:(1)From 2018 to 2020,the scores of the junior college students increased significantly compared with the original data of the first grade,but there was no substantial change in the scores,and the endurance quality level declined for three consecutive years;(2)The intensity of endurance test is moderate,and the sports risk does not come from the project itself;(3)The sports incentive ability of endurance quality test is limited.
