基于功能共振方法的航空维修人为因素研究

摘要 为对航空维修人为因素进行有效的分析,本文在以往的人为差错致因基础上,采用功能共振的方式进行科学、合理的研究与分析。同时,以某航空公司飞机事故为例,通过描述识别功能单位及其对不同单位变化的结果和影响因素做进一步分析和评估,采用绘制表格的方式,准确寻找出造成此次事故的根本性原因,并制定了相关的防护措施,得出功能共振方法能够对航空事故中人为因素所造成的影响进行有效的分析,可以为解决航空事故提供参考依据。 In order to carry out the effective analysis to aviation maintenance human factor,this paper uses the method of functional resonance to conduct scientific and reasonable research and analysis.on the basis of the previous human error causes.At the same time,it takes an aircraft accident of an airline as an example,by describing and identifying functional units and further analyzing and evaluating the change results and influencing factors of different units,the fundamental cause of the accident is accurately found by drawing tables,and relevant protective measures are formulated.It is concluded that the functional resonance method can effectively analyze the impact of human factors in aviation accidents,and can provide a reference basis for solving aviation accidents.
