H电厂自然通风排烟海水冷却塔选型分析

摘要 H电厂所在区域为地中海伊斯肯德伦湾海龟保护区,为实现节能环保目的,同时对当地海洋环境进行保护。本文首先对循环水系统冷端进行优化计算,确定了冷却塔出水温度值及对应汽轮机组TRL工况的背压值,进而对冷却塔的参数和结构进行初步分析,同时得到冷却塔的初步选型,并根据上述优化计算的结果,对冷却塔的选型进行了论证,最后通过ANSYS有限元法对冷却塔的稳定性进行模拟计算,以此达到冷却塔安全稳定的要求。计算结果不仅对当地环境实现保护目的,而且为此类冷却塔的设计提供一定的理论指导。 H power plant is located in the sea turtle conservation area of Iskenderun Bay in the Mediterranean Sea.It is designed to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection while protecting the local marine environment.In this paper,the cold end of the circulating water system is optimized and the outlet temperature of the cooling tower and the corresponding back pressure of the turbine unit under TRL condition are determined.Then the parameters and structure of the cooling tower are preliminarily analyzed,and the preliminary type selection of the cooling tower is obtained.According to the results of the above optimization calculation,the type selection of the cooling tower is demonstrated.Finally,the stability of the cooling tower is simulated by ANSYS finite element method,so as to meet the requirements of safety and stability of the cooling tower.The calculation results not only achieve the purpose of protecting the local environment,but also provide some theoretical guidance for the design of this kind of cooling tower.
