核电厂汽轮机机械超速保护改电气超速保护研究

摘要 核电厂汽轮机调节系统是自动控制系统中的重要系统,系统可实现功率控制、蒸汽压力限制等功能。汽轮机工作特性复杂,采用PID控制方法难以满足动态控制性能要求。PID参数整定困难,使控制系统内外部抗干扰能力较弱,机组稳定性对电网品质影响较大。汽轮机保护系统对保证汽轮机安全运行具有重要意义。介绍核电汽轮机保护系统特点,探讨核电汽轮机保护系统配置合理性,提出汽轮机机械超速保护优化建议,对核电汽轮机保护系统完善具有借鉴意义。 Steam turbine regulation system in nuclear power plant is an important system in automatic control system,which can realize power control,steam pressure limitation and other functions.The working characteristics of steam turbine are complex,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of dynamic control performance by using PID control method.It is difficult to set PID parameters,which makes the internal and external anti-interference ability of the control system weak,and the stability of the unit has a great impact on the quality of the power grid.Steam turbine protection system is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of steam turbine.This paper introduces the characteristics of nuclear power steam turbine protection system,discusses the rationality of configuration of nuclear power steam turbine protection system,and puts forward optimization suggestions for steam turbine mechanical overspeed protection,which has reference significance for the improvement of nuclear power steam turbine protection system.
