电力企业在开展海外工程EPC总承包项目时,由于受到所在国文化、自然环境和汇率等因素的影响,极容易出现各类的风险情况,使电力项目的建设进度面临着一定的阻碍,对项目整体效益也造成了较大的干扰。本文根据EPC总承包项目模式的内涵与特点,结合海外工程EPC总承包项目的风险因素,浅谈一下海外工程EPC总承包项目风险监控与应对策略。

When electric power companies carry out EPC general contracting projects for overseas projects,they are prone to various risk situations due to the influence of the host country's culture,natural environment,exchange rate and other factors,which hinders the construction progress of power projects and greatly interferes with the overall benefits of the project.Based on the connotation and characteristics of the EPC general contracting project model and combining the risk factors of overseas EPC general contracting projects,this article discusses the risk monitoring and coping strategies of overseas EPC general contracting projects.
