摘要
电网装配式变电站站内建筑通常采用钢结构体系,全螺栓连接技术是对二次加工及焊接的优化,可以实现钢结构现场免焊。该文主要从施工节点、工艺流程、施工难点、使用范围及注意事项等方面对变电站钢结构全螺栓连接技术进行介绍,并将其与常规装配式结构施工节点进行比较,阐述全螺栓连接结构在施工技术应用特点,同时基于对电力行业2018年版定额现状研究,发现当前概算及预算定额消耗量中均按焊栓连接考虑。全螺栓连接技术在变电站钢结构体系中的应用普及趋势下,对其进行补充定额前期相关基础研究具有重要意义。
Steel structure system is usually used in the buildings of power grid prefabricated substation station.The all-bolt connection technology is the optimization of the secondary processing and welding,which can realize the on-site welding-free of the steel structure.This article mainly introduces the all-bolt connection technology of substation steel structure from construction nodes,process flow,construction difficulties,the scope of use,and precautions.It compares it with the construction nodes of conventional assembly structures and elaborates that the allbolt connection structure is in construction.Technical application characteristics,and based on the research on the current status of the power industry’s 2018 edition quota,it is found that the current budgetary estimate and budget quota consumption are all considered by the welding bolt connection.Under the trend of application and popularization of all-bolt connection technology in the steel structure system of substations,it is of great significance to carry out related basic research on additional quotas.
