基于动态剪切流变仪试验的温拌沥青老化性能研究

摘要 为了研究温拌沥青短期老化和长期老化后性能的变化,该文选用Sasobit和3G两种温拌沥青,加入到70#基质沥青和SBS改性沥青,制备相应的温拌沥青,采用动态剪切流变仪DSR,测试不同温拌剂种类及不同掺量的温拌沥青,测试其复数剪切模量G*和相位角δ。结果表明:Sasobit和3G温拌剂的加入都使沥青短期老化程度降低,Sasobit温拌剂的幅度比3G温拌剂大,且降低幅度随着温度的增大而增大,而3G温拌剂在不同温度下其降低幅度相差无几;长期老化后,Sasobit温拌剂能够使沥青的G*/sinδ值变大,提高沥青的高温性能,3G温拌沥青的高温性能基本不变。 The objective of this paper is to study the short-term aging and long-term aging of warm mix asphalt performance changes.In this paper,Sasobit and 3 Gwarm mix asphalt were used to prepare warm mix asphalt by adding 70#base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,and DSR dynamic shear rheometer was used to test different kinds of warm mix asphalt and different content of warm mix asphalt,the Complex Shear Modulus G*and Phase Angleδwere measured.The results show that the short-term aging degree of asphalt decreases with the addition of Sasobit and 3 G,and the range of Sasobit is larger than that of 3 G,after long-term aging,Sasobit can increase the G*/Sinδvalue of asphalt and improve the high-temperature performance of asphalt,and the high-temperature performance of 3 G warm-mix asphalt is basically unchanged.
