摘要
2021年5月27日山西省政府发布了《山西省"十四五"未来产业发展规划》,为构筑山西转型新动能,将信创产业确立为具有支柱意义的主导性未来产业。在全球科技创新竞争的不断加剧的背景下,加快构建以信创产业为主要内核的未来数字产业体系,是全面推动该省地区产业结构升级转型的重要举措。该文主要利用SWOT分析法明确当前山西信创产业发展的优劣势和外部的机遇和挑战,并在此基础上提出相应的对策,以此促进山西省信创业实现创新发展。
On May 27,2021,Shanxi provincial government issued the"14th Five Year Plan"for Future Industrial Development in Shanxi Province,which established the information and innovation industry as a leading future industry with pillar significance in order to build a new driving force for Shanxi's transformation.Under the background of intensifying global competition in scientific and technological innovation,accelerating the construction of a future digital industry system with the information and innovation industry as the main core is an important measure to comprehensively promote the upgrading and transformation of regional industrial structure in Shanxi Province.This paper mainly uses SWOT analysis to clarify the advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of the current development of the information and innovation industry in Shanxi Province,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on this basis,so as to promote the innovation development of the information and innovation industry in Shanxi Province.
