医学影像技术专业学生顶岗实习现状调查与分析——以X校为例

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of Internship for Medical Imaging Technology Majors——Take X School as an Example

该文以X校医学影像技术专业2018级顶岗实习学生150人和实习带教老师28人为调查对象,采用电子问卷的方式,对学生顶岗实习现状进行调查,对实习医院的教学情况进行监测反馈,总结了医学影像技术专业学生实习现状和影响实习质量的因素,并分析了学生在实习过程中存在的问题及原因,最后提出了医学影像技术专业学生顶岗实习现状的解决策略。

This article takes 150 internship students and 28 internship teachers of the X school's Medical Imaging Technology major in 2018 as the survey objects.By means of electronic questionnaire,it investigates the current situation of students'post practice,monitors and feeds back the teaching situation of the practice hospital,summarizes the current situation of medical imaging technology students'practice and the factors affecting the practice quality,analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the process of students'practice.Finally,it puts forward the solutions to the current situation of Medical Imaging Technology majors'post practice.
