新时代背景下应用型资源勘查工程专业实践能力培养路径探析 被引量:2

摘要 基于新时期信息飞速发展以及经济高质量发展的时代大背景,结合地方院校应用型资源勘查工程专业学科发展特点,专业实践能力的培养成为企业需求人才的重点关注方面。该文基于地方院校资源勘查工程专业实践能力的培养现状,提出深化教育教学改革、多学科交叉融合、利用现代信息技术以及校企联合培养人才等建议,培养具有较强实践能力的资源勘查工程专业高素质复合应用型人才,满足企业乃至国民经济社会发展对高质量人才的需求,进而增强中国国际竞争力。 Based on the background of the rapid development of information and high-quality economic development in the new era,combined with the development characteristics of Resource Exploration Engineering in local universities,the cultivation of professional practical ability has become the focus of enterprises for talents.Based on the current situation of the cultivation of practical ability of Resource Exploration Engineering specialty in local universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as deepening the reform of education and teaching,multidisciplinary integration,using modern information technology and school-enterprise joint training of talents,to cultivate high-quality compound applied talents of Resource Exploration Engineering specialty with strong practical ability,to meet the needs of enterprises and even the development of national economy and society for high-quality talents,and then enhance China’s international competitiveness.
