随着国库集中支付的改革实施,财政资金也逐步由传统的"分散化"转变为"集中化",进而演化到现如今的"高度集中化",国库集中支付中财政资金的各类风险逐步出现,给财政资金的安全带来了一定的隐患。该文探讨了国库集中支付的基本概念,以及国库集中支付的优势,分析了国库集中支付财政资金的风险,提出了国库集中支付财政资金的风险防范措施,以供参考。

With the reform and implementation of national treasury centralized payment,financial funds have gradually changed from traditional "decentralization" to "centralization",and then evolved to today’s "high centralization".Various risks of financial funds in national treasury centralized payment have gradually appeared,bringing some hidden dangers to the security of financial funds.This paper discusses the basic concept of national treasury centralized payment and the advantages of national treasury centralized payment,analyzes the risk of national treasury centralized payment of financial funds,and puts forward the risk prevention measures of national treasury centralized payment of financial funds for reference.
