新时代背景下工科研究生专业课的教学改革与实践 被引量:1

摘要 研究生教育是培养高技能创新创造人才的主战场。专业课教学是研究生教育的关键组成部分,对学生专业素质乃至其整体水平的培养有着非常重要的影响。为提高教学质量,满足新时代的要求,基于当前研究生专业课教学存在的若干问题,以大连海事大学《现代优化技术及应用》课程为背景,提出以下相关教学改革思路及途径:首先是推进课堂教学转变为具有"师生双主体"特色的混合课堂,注重学生研究型学习能力的培养;其次,基于承担的科研课题,结合学校的学科特色,开展科研实践导向的教学方法;最后,给出多元化课程考核与闭环课程质量控制体系。经过近年的教学实践与检验,可知教改后该课程的整体教学质量令人满意,取得了一定的成效,可激发学生学习能力和研究精神的培养。有关措施适于新时代背景下的研究生专业课教学,对其他相关课程教学也具有启发和借鉴意义。 Postgraduate education is the main battlefield for cultivating highly-skilled innovative and creative talents.Professional course teaching is a key component of postgraduate education,and it plays a very important role in cultivating professionalism and even overall level of postgraduates.In order to improve the teaching quality and meet the requirements of the new era,based on some problems existing in the teaching of postgraduate professional courses,and taking the course Modern Optimization Technology and Application of Dalian Maritime University as the background,this paper puts forward the following relevant teaching reform ideas and ways:Firstly,promote the transformation of classroom teaching into a mixed classroom with the characteristics of"dual-subject of teachers and students",pay attention to the cultivation of students’research-based learning ability;secondly,based on the scientific research projects undertaken and combined with the discipline characteristics of the university,carry out scientific research practice oriented teaching methods;finally,the diversified curriculum assessment and closed-loop curriculum quality control system are given.Through the teaching practice and examination in recent years,it can be seen that the overall teaching quality of the course after the teaching reform is satisfactory,and certain results have been achieved,which can stimulate the cultivation of students’learning ability and research spirit.The measures are suitable for the teaching of postgraduate professional courses under the background of the new era,and have enlightening and reference significance for other related courses.
