公共图书馆中文馆藏建设问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese Collection Construction in Public Libraries

尽管中国社会的发展已经到了信息化时代,电子书的出现极大地改变了原本图书馆和书店的运营模式和书籍借阅模式,但是图书馆本身的社会职能并没有发生根本性的改变,特别是公共图书馆的便民属性并没有随着时代的发展被撼动。因此,社会及图书馆相关从业人员对于图书馆的建设就必须继续保持与时俱进的发展与创新。目前,公共图书馆的一项重要工作应该是重视中文馆藏的建设工程,这直接关系到中国社会对于优质中文文章的有效获取,也间接承担着中华文化复兴的社会使命。

Although the development of China’s society has reached the information age,and the emergence of ebooks has greatly changed the original operation mode and book borrowing mode of libraries and bookstores,the social functions of libraries themselves have not fundamentally changed.Especially,the convenience attribute of public libraries has not been shaken with the development of the times.Therefore,the society and library related practitioners must continue to keep pace with the times of development and innovation for the construction of the library.At present,an important work of public libraries should pay attention to the construction of Chinese collections,which is not only directly related to the effective acquisition of high-quality Chinese articles in Chinese society,but also indirectly undertakes the social mission of the revival of Chinese culture.
