大学生体育志愿服务体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of College Students’Sports Volunteer Service System

社会经济的高速发展,很大程度上推动着人们对高品质生活的追求,在基础物质得到满足的同时,对健康、文化、精神方面的追求愈加强烈。在这样的时代背景下,体育引起了越来越多的关注和参与,尤其是在"体育强国""健康中国"等战略加持下,相关服务需求急速扩张,人才缺口逐步扩大。该文首先就大学生体育志愿服务相关进行了论述,其次分析了现阶段大学生体育志愿服务体系建设实践,最后基于问题导向,对大学生体育志愿服务体系建设策略展开了讨论。

The rapid development of social economy,to a large extent,has promoted people’s pursuit of highquality life.While the basic materials are met,the pursuit of health,culture and spirit is becoming stronger and stronger.Under this background,sports has attracted more and more attention and participation,especially under the strategic support of"sports power"and"Healthy China",the demand for relevant services has expanded rapidly and the talent gap has gradually expanded.This paper first discusses the related problems of college students’sports voluntary service,then analyzes the construction practice of college students’sports voluntary service system at the present stage,and finally discusses the construction strategy of college students’sports voluntary service system based on problem orientation.
