摘要
在汽车零部件生产制造过程中,钳工具有重要的作用,是各种零部件加工的"万能工种",需要按照设计图纸采用工具对零部件进行加工、装配以及修理,完成机械设备难以实现的细致操作,在机械加工领域具有重要作用。同时,在汽车发动机试验中,测功机因为需要长时间处于高强度运行,会出现一定的故障问题,需要对其进行维修处理。因此,该文将对钳工技术与测功机故障的维修方面进行深入的研究与分析,并提出一些合理的意见和措施,旨在进一步提高相关专业水平。
In the production and manufacturing process of auto parts, fitter plays an important role. It is the "universal work" of various parts processing. It is necessary to use tools to process, assemble and repair the parts according to the design drawings, and complete the detailed operation that is difficult to realize for mechanical equipment. It plays an important role in the field of machining. At the same time, in the automobile engine test, because the dynamometer needs to be in high-intensity operation for a long time, there will be some fault problems, which need to be repaired. Therefore, this paper will conduct in-depth research and analysis on fitter technology and dynamometer fault maintenance, and put forward some reasonable opinions and measures in order to further improve the relevant professional level.
