路面施工质量控制是公路工程项目管理的重点内容,提高道路施工工作质量,对全流程生产质量控制作业的有效落实提出了严格要求。该文以高速公路沥青路面施工质量动态控制技术为探讨主题,结合地区的气候特点,分析车辙、水损害等沥青路面的常见病害类型,阐述混合料配比、材料运输等作业环节的质量控制方法,从摊铺厚度控制、设备运行参数的调整、现场保护以及摊铺温度控制等方面总结沥青路面摊铺施工质量控制的有效措施。

Pavement construction quality control is the key content of highway engineering project management.Improving the quality of road construction puts forward strict requirements for the effective implementation of the whole process production quality control operation. In this paper, the dynamic control technology of expressway asphalt pavement construction quality is taken as the discussion theme, combined with the regional climate characteristics, this paper analyzes the common disease types of asphalt pavement such as rutting and water damage, and expounds the quality control methods of operation links such as mixture ratio and material transportation, from the control of paving thickness, the adjustment of equipment operation parameters the effective measures for quality control of asphalt pavement paving construction are summarized from the aspects of site protection and paving temperature control.
