水利工程建设质量对于水利工程具有至关重要的意义,由于水利工程多建设于河道沿线,河道周边及上下游区域人员密集,如果发生质量事故,将直接危及人民的生命健康、影响经济建设、破坏生态环境。经过大量的实际调查分析,该文总结出了水利工程建设和质量监督管理工作的诸多经验,通过梳理我国水利工程建设的基本程序、参建单位的主要职责和施工全过程管理,将我国水利工程建设工作中所存在的问题罗列出来,并提出相应的质量控制措施,对于从事水利工程建设的相关人员具有一定的借鉴意义。

The construction quality of water conservancy projects is of vital significance to water conservancy projects. Because most water conservancy projects are built along the river and there are dense personnel around the river and in the upstream and downstream areas, so it will directly endanger people’s life and health, affect economic construction and damage the ecological environment if quality accidents occur. After a lot of actual investigation and analysis, this paper finally summarized many experiences in water conservancy project construction and quality supervision and management, listed the problems existing in China’s water conservancy project construction and put forward corresponding quality control measures by combing the basic procedures of China’s water conservancy project construction, the main responsibilities of participating units and the whole process management of construction, it has certain reference significance for the relevant personnel engaged in water conservancy project construction.
