Countermeasures of Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Cultivation of Employability

基于就业能力的培养对高职院校学生实施合理化的管理,能通过科学的学生管理有效针对学生就业能力不足的问题进行针对性的训练,促进学生就业能力的显著提升。该文基于就业能力的培养,针对当前高职院校学生管理存在的问题和有效开展管理工作的措施进行了系统的探究,旨在能借助科学的管理提高高职院校学生教育管理工作的整体质量。

Based on the cultivation of employability, the implementation of rational management of higher vocational college students can effectively carry out targeted training for the problem of insufficient employability through scientific student management, and promote the significant improvement of students’ employability. Based on the cultivation of employability, this paper systematically explores the problems existing in the current student management in higher vocational colleges and the measures to effectively carry out the management work, aiming at improving the overall quality of the student education management in higher vocational colleges with the help of scientific management.
