Research on the Path of Employment Improvement of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Career Education in the New Era

提高大学生就业能力是解决当前大学生就业困难的关键,而良好的大学生职业生涯规划是提高大学生就业能力的一个非常重要的因素。该文基于职业生涯规划的视角,审视职业生涯规划对于提升学生就业力的重要价值,分析当前大学生就业存在的问题,进一步探索职业生涯教育视角下高职院校大学生就业力提升的有效策略,为有效提升大学生就业力提供指导建议。

Improving the employability of college students is the key to solve the current employment difficulties of college students. A good career planning is a very important factor to improve the employment ability of college students. Based on the perspective of career planning, this paper examines the important value of career planning in promoting students’ employability, and analyzes the existing problems of college students’ employment, further explores the effective strategies to improve the employability of higher vocational college students from the perspective of career education, and provide guidance and suggestions for effectively improving the employability of college students.
